A note on brand voice

The Ruler / Winter voice is an expert, charming, and straight-forward. Your language is generally cool and compelling, as you’re an aspirational brand focused on being the best; the highest quality. Elite, structured and monochromatic, examples of this archetype would be Tiffany, Mercedes, and Qantas. Ruler brands can come across as too elitist and uncaring, so I’ve included warmer options in the copy.

Most recruiters naturally fall into the Ruler brand archetype.
