Build your employer brand.
Appoint and engage exceptional grad talent.

Need a hand nailing your attraction and recruitment content?

Grads can seem a fickle lot. Always on the hunt for the best opportunity with their most preferred employer.

While it may appear that the employment market is in your favour, graduate recruitment is a long term strategy. You’re after the very best grad talent who just so happen to be the very best fit for your workplace values and culture.

After all, you’re investing a lot of money, time and productivity to nurture your future leaders; you kinda want to make sure they’re equally impressed by you and committed to sticking around (and not likely to renege on your offer at the eleventh hour).

How you market your employer brand and your offer during the attraction stage determines the quality and quantity of applications landing in your ATS.

How you communicate with, and treat, grad candidates during shortlisting determines how engaged and willing they are to stay.

So, if you don’t want to:

  • lose your ideal talent to competitors

  • underwhelm grads with a cold and careless candidate experience that damages your brand and new hire engagement

  • keep trawling through excessive unsuitable, ill-fitting applications, then

… we should talk.

I help you communicate effortlessly during recruitment

You might have dreamed about overhauling your job ad copy, social media captions and candidate communication for a while. But when you’re a Mack of all trades running a tight ship, bogged down in paperwork and processes, sometimes you’re robbed of the chance to write beautifully and strategically. So, your program ends up drowning in a sea of samesame.

That’s where I can help you.

I write catchy communication pieces aligned with your employer brand. I help you write content that stands out.

< What this isn’t >

This isn’t a full marketing or branding campaign strategy. I don’t offer fancy bells and whistles like creative concepts, graphic design and videography.

This kit is purely about the written communication, from the catchy job ads that grab attention, to the recruitment emails that engage grads throughout their candidate journey, and the warm emails that nurture new and emerging talent while they wait to start, as though they’re sitting with you sipping caramel lattes on campus.

Want to see if the Kit is the right fit for your graduate program?

I’ve worked in grad recruitment before. I know what it’s like to receive a fancy and inspirational brand style guide from a fancy marketing agency that lacks practical, everyday implementation. This service would benefit SMEs who need brand guidance as well as larger organisations who have a high level brand guide they’re not sure how to apply to their everyday communication.

How this works

Whether your excitement propels you to buy straight away or you book your intro call first, here’s what happens after you buy now.

  1. We arrange our first full briefing call (60-90minutes). Plus, 50% deposit due to book your project.
I’ll send you a branding questionnaire to work from, and clarify your project expectations and communication priorities in our call. We’ll also nut out the details of your recruitment and preboarding processes, so I can nail your key messages in the first few email campaigns.

  2. I research. I write first drafts.
I research your organisation (career site, corporate values, mission, blogs, existing style guide), target audience, industry, and competitors. I’ll create your brand voice persona and style guide first before I move to actual communication pieces. I submit drafts for your feedback.

  3. We jump on another call.
In our second call, we’ll run through any complex feedback. We brief your requirements for the job ad guide and social media captions to drive key recruitment messages.

  4. I do more research and write more drafts.
I research the things, write the things, edit some things, and submit them for your feedback.

  5. I incorporate all feedback and submit final versions. Final invoice is sent with final versions.
Depending on your feedback, we can jump on another call or maybe you’re content to make comments and tracked changes in our shared Google doc.

Note: Two rounds of edits are included in this pricing. Though I rarely need more than one refinement edit, additional edits can be arranged at an additional cost at time of review.

    Turnaround time: 3-4 weeks.
There’s a lot of research, strategising and content creation involved. But really, the total time required to complete your project will depend how responsive you are during the feedback stages. The longer you take, the longer I’ll take. Three weeks from the initial briefing call would be the minimum = no rush jobs ;)
